Properties that are simply not being used / lying idle, Portfolios with zero or small returns.
The good thing is that there is still time, which if used, everyone will be able to create new sources of income. These may be of no interest to many today, but with each passing year they will become more and more valuable, both for their financial strength and for the best service offering
Long-term rental of properties with tourist / commercial interest
Consideration for plots with commercial / residential interest
Property / apartment rental
Sale of properties that cannot be capitalized with equity and purchase of other properties with better potential for capitalization
Restructuring of portfolios
Restructuring of Obligations

In short, exploitation means:
To turn real estate and portfolios into sources of permanent income, while at the same time collecting money from cases where an entity has an interest in an undivided asset.
Properties/portfolios are divided into 4 categories:

  1. Those are immediately usable. They have no problems and if the exploitation strategy is chosen, it can move quickly.
  2. Those that do not have problems but require investments to be used, like old buildings, apartments and other properties, positions in shares, etc.
  3. Those that must be sold, since they are undivided interests in co-ownership of others, or securities with zero prospects
  4. Properties / portfolios with all kinds of problems.
For all of the above, it is required either to organize a plan that will deal with the utilization of the properties, portfolios or to designate someone responsible, possibly using some other scheme for the utilization of the properties, depending on the legal entities that are already available / can be created.
